Purchasing
If you decide to buy from our online store payment can be made via Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express) or PAYPAL. Once you have placed your order we will send you an email confirmation with your order details for you to keep as a reference.
Collection
If you select “collection” during the purchasing process your goods will be available for collection from our warehouse at 80 Grove Ave, Marleston SA 5033 from Monday – Saturday, 9:30am – 5:00pm. Simply come in with your order details and our experienced warehouse team will help you load your goods.
Dispatch and Delivery
For delivery items we will book it delivery through one of our carriers and send you an email with your estimated delivery date.
Delivery waiting times may vary depending on your location. The below waiting times are based on your item being in stock at time of purchase. If your item is on back-order the relative waiting time will need to be added to the date given for the availability of your item (which you can find online using the “check availability” button).
Adelaide/Melbourne metro areas – 1 to 7 business days
Country SA and VIC – 2 to 10 business days
All other areas in Aus – 5 to 15 business days
*please note that larger items may take slightly longer to arrange delivery. If this is the case we will contact you via email to discuss.
You will need to be at home during the time of delivery in order to sign for your goods. If you are not at home your goods will be taken back to the carrier’s depot and they will contact you to arrange a new delivery date.
Returns and Refunds
As per our 30-day comprehensive Customer Satisfaction Guarantee you may return any goods you are not fully satisfied with within the specified 30 day period for a full refund of the total price of the goods minus return delivery cost.
Contact us via phone or email to notify us of your impending return and organise the return of your goods to Kimberly James Furniture at 80 Grove Ave, Marleston SA 5033. Once your goods have been received at our warehouse in an undamaged condition we will authorise your refund.
If your goods are damaged or faulty on arrival please contact us immediately so we can organise a replacement product at no extra cost to you.
