Our furniture stocks are constantly changing. Most products will be readily available but occasionally some will be on back-order with suppliers. If your order is on back-order, our team will advise you and provide our best estimate of a delivery date. If you are ordering online we have a handy button that allows you to check the availability of the item you are interested in. In the circumstance that your item is out of stock this button will give you the estimated arrival date of the next shipment of the item in question. Please note that delivery times will need to be added to this arrival date as this is when your item lands with us and not when it is to be delivered to you.
Collection
Once you have made a purchase you can either collect the product yourself or arrange delivery through us. Warehouse pick-ups can be made from 80 Grove Ave Marleston. Collections hours are Monday to Saturday 9.30am to 5.00pm.
Delivery Greater Adelaide
Delivery costs in Greater Adelaide range from $95 to $180.
A Kimberly James customer service consultant will telephone you with a delivery time either the morning of the delivery, or the night before for a Saturday delivery. We will advise a 2-hour delivery time frame window.
Furniture is normally unpacked at our warehouse, checked, then covered in furniture wraps and loaded onto a Kimberly James truck with the deliveries for the day.
Your friendly and professional 2-man delivery team will place your furniture in your home exactly where you designate. They’ll also take away any unwanted packaging. To ensure a smooth delivery, please advise us in advance if your furniture will be located upstairs, must pass through small doorways or if there is anything else that might make positioning your furniture difficult.
Kimberly James cannot accept Cash on Delivery. All orders must be paid for 24hrs prior to delivery.
Some furniture will be delivered disassembled. This may occur with beds, wall units and outdoor furniture. If you would like our team to assemble your purchase please advise us in advance and we’ll let you know of any additional costs.
*Kimberly James reserves the right to charge an additional fee for difficult-to-reach locations.
Delivery Regional South Australia and Interstate
If you need freight to a regional area of South Australia, or if you live interstate, just ask us and we can help organise a furniture carrier and advise you of freight costs.
