Faulty Products
For faulty products Kimberly James will organise a customer service consultant to inspect your goods and determine if on-site repair is possible. If repairs cannot be made, we will promptly exchange your damaged item.

- Your sales order or invoice numbers
- Reason why you are returning the product
- Images of the issue.
