As we get closer to the official launch of our new stores, we have begun to introduce some of the innovations that will benefit our customers under our new brand name Kimberly James.

Here’s a taste of what’s on offer and what’s coming soon.
 
Firstly, James and I are proud to announce our new 30-Day Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. Here’s how it works. Because we believe so strongly in the quality of our furniture, we now offer all our SA-based customers a 30-day period in which, if you get your furniture home and for any reason you don’t like it, we will swap it for a product of equal value or simply give you your money back. That’s it!
 

 
Our 30-Day Day Customer Satisfaction Guarantee is designed as a genuine attempt to assist our customers select the furniture that is right for their home. We challenge you to compare our offer to those of other furniture retailers, including online retailers. You will soon discover that other guarantees are nowhere near as generous. For example, it is common that you will be asked to keep the original packaging and/or pay the costs associated with change overs.
 
Another change underway as our renovations near the end is the arrival of some new furniture ranges. We have noticed for some time that the tastes of home owners and decorators have been evolving. In response, we’re introducing before Spring some new looks in dining room tables and cabinetry, a wider range of beautiful sofas as well as new styles in beds, including Cavan and Sleigh beds. As new designer furniture brands arrive we’ll let you know.
 

 
Finally, once our store facelifts are over our new brand, Kimberly James is seriously considering conducting regular in-store homemaking workshops, design consultations, along with other family friendly events and giveaways. It’s all part of helping our loyal customers create the home and lifestyle they desire for their families. Please let us know if you have any ideas we could offer.
